Derived from a collection dedicated to Puerto Rico, the Nike Air Max 1 ‘Puerto Rico Day – Orange Frost’ is part of a two-piece set. Drawing inspiration from a delectable shaved ice treat called piragua, the vintage running shoe showcases coral-colored nubuck overlays against a gray textile upper. A glittering Swoosh and a two-tone synthetic suede mudguard in a harmonious blend of yellow and burnt orange shades round out the extravagant details. The metallic lace dubrae and the back heel of the right shoe are engraved with ‘Puerto Rico.’ Resting upon a white PU midsole, the sneaker features a visible Air-sole unit in the heel for added cushioning and support.
